When and Where is the Event?
Join us on March 28th from 6-9pm at the Hotel Bethlehem (437 Main Street Bethlehem, PA 18018)
** Please note the change in time from the invitations
What does my ticket include?
Tickets include a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeurves, a plated 3 course dinner, and an open wine and beer bar.
What else will be going on at the Event?
There will be a silent auction for the duration of the event as well as presentation on the Foundation during dinner.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire
Where do I park?
When you pull into the Hotel parking lot the bellman will direct you where to park. If you are instructed to go to the overflow lot at the bottom of Main Street, the Hotel shuttle will follow and bring you up to the hotel.
How can I pay for my Silent Auction Item?
You can pay by cash or check! If you do not have either with you at the event, we can set up a later date for you to receive your items and pay.
